Is There a “Best” Anti Aging Product?

We get asked the same question time and time again.

What is the “best” anti aging product available on the market?

Now, we sell the very best anti aging products so you would guess that we would be biased when answering this question.  And, of course, we are biased as we just love the products we sell - there is no getting away from that.

But, the fact is, saying that an one anti aging product is the “best”, well, that would not be right as it is just not the truth.

The simple fact is there is no “best” product.  There is not even a best range of products.

From the very low priced skin creams all the way up to the most expensive, hand made, determotologist recommended wrinkle cream – each has some benefits.

And let me share a dirty little secret with you – some of the low priced products have better anti aging properties than some of the most expensive products.  Some women (and men) spending 100′s weekly on their skin care regime are wasting their money.

Some, and I have been guilty of this, equate price with performance.  The higher priced health and beauty products must be better!  This is false.

Also, many people are “brand loyal”.  They love their skin care products and would not change no matter what.  They don’t experiment and try different products.

So, I suppose the question is “why we use the products we do?”

I use certain products exclusivly now after many years of trying pretty much everything on the market.

The reason is simple – they work for me and my skin type.

The key ingredients are all natural and comprise of Vitamin C.  Or more correctly, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, which is an active form of Vitamin C.

Do protein shake diets really work?

This might be a little hard for some people, but it gets quick weight loss results.  At least a pound every other day… LOST.

The basics on this type of diet is that you have 4-5 protein shakes to replace your meals.

OPTIONAL: Use flaxseed in them to give you some fiber and make it so the protein shake fills you up longer.
